ERP Alisan Printing

Alisan Printing, a print house, needed a unified digital backbone to manage their end-to-end operations. The system covers order intake, production scheduling, inventory tracking, finance reporting, and customer management — all from a single, intuitive web interface.

The main challenge was mapping their entirely paper-based, informal workflows into a structured digital system without disrupting day-to-day operations. Staff had varying levels of technical literacy, so the interface had to be immediately approachable with minimal training.

A modular Laravel + Livewire architecture was adopted so each department could use their own section independently. Real-time updates via Livewire removed the need for page reloads during order processing. Tailwind CSS ensured a clean, fast UI that worked well on both desktop workstations and mobile devices on the shop floor.
